• Low Season: 2.900€ per day (November, December, January, February – excluding Christmas and New Year holidays)
• Mid Season: 3.250€ per day (September, October, March, April, May, June)
• High Season: 5.000€ per day (July, August)
• Final cleaning fee: €1.500
• Damage deposit: €20,000
• Daily housekeeping: 4 hours per day included
