We collaborate with a long-standing, highly reputable cleaning company that provides an exclusive, high-quality service for all our managed and rental properties. Cleaning schedules are tailored to each property’s needs, with a minimum service duration of two hours.
For short and long-term rental properties, we can supply premium linens and towels. Should you prefer to use your own, we arrange for professional laundry or dry-cleaning services. If you wish to have household linens washed, dried, and ironed directly on-site, this can also be organised and billed at our standard hourly cleaning rates.
We work closely with a dedicated team of qualified technicians, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, air-conditioning specialists, construction workers, upholsterers, and audiovisual experts.
